PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved underfloor storage which can store food and the like under the floor. SOLUTION: The motorized underfloor storage is constituted of a storage 2 for storing food and the like therein, an expandable cross arm 10 set below the storage 2, for ascending/descending the same, and a driving section 1a comprised of a driving motor 3, a screw thread forming shaft 6, a guide shaft 7, and a elevating member 8, for expanding and contracting the cross arm 10.
