PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upscale-looking sprinkling hose for a hose reel with favorable pressure tightness and design quality, allowing comfortable reeling and drawing of the hose reel by reducing frictional resistance of a hose surface. SOLUTION: This sprinkling hose 1 is used being reeled on the hose reel. A low frictional surface comprising extrusion-molding a polyvinyl chloride resin composition or a polyolefin resin composition each containing partially crosslinked resin is formed on the hose surface. Favorably, a surface modification agent comprising cyclic neopentanetetraylbis (2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenyl) phosphite or the like is added to the polyvinyl chloride resin composition or the polyolefin resin composition. A hose wall of the sprinkling hose 1 is favorably provided with an inner layer 2 forming a water passage, a pressure tight net 4 provided on an outer side of the inner layer 2, and an outer layer 3 convering the pressure tight net 4.
