PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable satisfying the requirement for enhancing a tracking property of contact with regard to the movement of male side conductor in order to prevent the deterioration of electric connection property caused by a slight sliding of contact part and enhance a contact load for the male side conductor at the same time. SOLUTION: An elastic tongue 3 is arranged in a fitting part 2 where a male terminal 10 is made possible to befitted, and as for the elastic tongue 3, a base end part 3b is fixed at the rear part of upper wall of the fitting part 2, and the tip side is formed to extend to the forward in the fitting part 2 via a curved part 3c continuing to the base end part 3b. Then a junction 3a is formed at the tip part of this tongue 3 and the middle site of tongue 3 between the curved part 3c and the junction 3a, a fulcrum part 3d which is contacted with a wall face of lower part wall 2c of the fitting part 2 which is slidable against the wall face in installed, and it is constituted that the ligula 3 is supported against the force of the direction so that the ligula is made to be displaced by the insertion of male terminal at this fulcrum part 3d.
