PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock with less volume. SOLUTION: A plurality of storage holes and matching holes disposed parallel with each other are provided radially at the side edge of the center lock hole of an inner tube, and a plurality of push-up lock columns and matching lock columns disposed parallel with each other are stored therein. When a key is moved forward into the center lock hole of the inner tube to push and move the plurality of push-up lock columns and matching lock columns, each lock hole provided in the plurality of matching lock columns matches a lateral groove in each inner tube to allow a lock means in the lateral groove to be fitted into each locking hole, whereby the inner tube can be rotated in an outer tube.
