PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily disconnect a machine to be driven from a motor, even when generation of rust, seizure and adhesion of key or the like occurs. SOLUTION: A machine 4 to be driven is mounted to a load side bearing bracket 2 of a motor 1 via a ring seat 13. This ring seat 13 is mounted to be loadable or unloadable to or from the load side bearing bracket 2 of the motor 1. Moreover, a disconnection bolt 7C of which end is in contact with the surface of load side bearing bracket 2 is threaded to the ring seat 13.
