PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make superior in assembling workability and electric contact property. SOLUTION: From an instrument 10 for a vehicle, three bus bars ll are held and installed in pedestal 15 protrudingly, terminal metal fittings 26 of terminals in shield wires 20 are connected, respectively. The circumference is covered with a conductive case 40 fixed in the instrument 10. At the terminal of the shield wire 20 a shield layer 23 is exposed to light, a pair of united pinching members 30, 31 are pinched and fixed by a pan screw 33 over the each shield layer 33, at a case 40 a fitting part 41 in which the united pinching members 30, 31 are fitted closely is mounted. At contour of the pinching members 30, 31 a protrusion 37 is mounted. Because the protrusion 37 is pushed to the inside of the fitting part 41, being provided a part of high contact pressure surely, reliability of connection of electricity rises between the pinching members 30, 31 and the case 40, between things of shield layer 23 of each shield wire 20 and the instrument 10 in its turn.
