NONWOVEN FABRIC AND SOFT GOODS USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric and a compounded nonwoven fabric which hardly cause fluffing in production, have excellent resistance to hairiness after being subjected to frictional stress and are excellent in hand and feel, and to provide soft goods such as absorbing goods and a wiper by using at least one of these nonwoven fabrics. SOLUTION: This nonwoven fabric where fusing conjugated fibers made of both of a low-melting resin and a high-melting resin are subjected to thermocompression point bonding has a structure with the following cross section of a thermocompression point bonded part: the high-melting resin potions of >=30% are deformed in such a way as to be flattened and also the flattened high-melting resin portions form separate parts without fusing with each other or form unfused parts in the form of line contact by coming into contact with each other in the form of line contact; and the low-melting resin portions form outer layers for the high-melting resin portions, stick to the high-melting resin portions by fusion and also cover the high-melting resin portions. The compounded nonwoven fabric is produced by using the above nonwoven fabric, and the soft goods such as absorbing goods and a wiper are produced by using at least one of there nonwoven fabrics.
