PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and reliable method for checking the immune state while using the activities of natural killer cells and cytotoxic T- lymphocytes as indices. SOLUTION: The method for checking the immune state of as specimen donor comprises detecting the level at which the killer cell activation molecules of natural killer cells and/or cytotoxic T-lymphocytes appear, and associating the result of detection with the immune state of the specimen donor.
