PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items of piping for connecting negative pressure apparatuses of an internal combustion engine to each other, integrate parts of negative pressure apparatuses, simplify assembling work, and reduce costs. SOLUTION: A negative pressure actuator for the internal combustion engine, a negative pressure tank 10 for accumulating negative pressure, and a solenoid switching valve 9 for switching introduction of atmospheric pressure and negative pressure, are provided. A casing 10A for mounting the solenoid switching valve 9 on a negative pressure taking-out side is disposed aside on the negative pressure tank 10. A negative pressure port 903 and an outlet port 904 of the solenoid switching valve 9 mounted on the casing are inserted and connected to a fitting hole 104 disposed on the negative pressure tank through seals 901, 902. An annular clearance 107 is ensured around the outlet port 904 in the fitting hole 104, and a piping connecting part 106 communicated with the annular clearance 107 is disposed on the casing 10A.
