PURPOSE: A system for real time translation/interpretation is provided to enable a user to write sentences, e.g. a letter or a diary, by combining words, to correct the structure of the sentences, to interpret the written sentences into a foreign language or the Hangul, and to pronounce the interpreted sentences. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a data identification input module, a storage module, an interpreter, a database, a displayer, a character recognition module, a speaker, a sentence error generator, a comparison search module, and a pronunciation storage. The data identification input module and the storage module enable a user to input sentences and store the input sentences. The interpreter detects the language of the input sentences, and interprets the input sentences into wanted language by using the database. The displayer displays the interpreted sentences. The character recognition module converts the sentences into pronunciation codes, and outputs the pronunciation codes via the speaker. The sentence error generator generates errors in the sentences by using the comparison search module and a sentence conversion database.
