PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capable of inputting the characters with less key operations, without arranging the excessive keys. SOLUTION: A character decision part 150 decides whether the last character in front of the cursor in the display part 130 is possible to fix a voiced/semi- voiced sound or not, when ten-key 111 of the input part 110 and '0' key are continuously pushed. As a result, the voiced/semi-voiced sound or daily use characters are previously displayed, at the time of continuously pushing in '0' key.
