<p>A method and apparatus for fixation of spondylolisthesis includes an elongated, threaded, hollow shaft (10) which is threaded into a bore hold correctly formed between correctly aligned vertebrae (12, 15) posteriorly. The shaft includes a plurality of openings (30) therethrough in the distal, proximal ends to allow bone and fibrous through growth to stabilize the vertebrae (12, 15) to decrease associated pain.</p> |
