DEVELOPER CARRYING BODY AND IMAGE FORMING DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer carrying body having both of electrification performance and durability which has little fluctuation in the electrification performance for a developer compared to the initial performance even after the body is used for a long time so that a good image can be surely obtained, and to provide an image forming device which uses the developer carrying body. SOLUTION: In the developer carrying body which carries a developer on its surface to form a thin film of the developer and which touches or moves close to an image forming body to supply the developer to the surface of the image forming body to visualize the image, the surface of the carrying body contains a metal phthalocyanine compound. The image forming device is equipped with the developer carrying body.
