PURPOSE: An instrument panel integrally combined with magnetic material attaching accessories is provided to attach various accessories into the instrument panel as one touch type, and to easily install without damage of the instrument panel. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic material(30) is inserted and installed on a surface of an instrument panel(10) attached to a front side of an indoor in a vehicle. The magnetic material is recessed inside of a body of the instrument panel to attach various accessories(20) installing an attaching plate of metal. The instrument panel is formed in coating a skin by inserting the magnetic material inside of foaming layer while the instrument panel is a soft panel. If the instrument panel is hard panel, the instrument panel is integrally formed after setting the magnetic material. Plural holes are penetrated on the surface of the magnetic material to insert fuel in forming the instrument panel. A metal plate is attached after forming inside of the magnetic material as a hollow to increase area delivering magnetic force. Thereby, the magnetic material is not separated by impact by integrally forming with the instrument panel through forming porous metal plate.
