PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a packet transmission system in mobile communications that can reduce transfer delay in the case of transferring a packet between mobile terminals. SOLUTION: A packet support unit 26a receiving a packet from a mobile terminal 21a being a sender acquires rout area information denoting the area in which a mobile terminal 21b1 being a destination is resident from a home location register 34 and directly routes a packet support unit 26b in the coverage in which the mobile terminal 21bi being the destination is resident.
