PURPOSE: To provide a microwave oven which can be easily constructed with various advantages. CONSTITUTION: A rotating antenna 35 has a disk 35a and a cylindrical part 35b jointed to the center of 35a and rotates in the perpendicular direction to the paper surface. The rotating antenna 35 can be rotated by the power of a motor 17 being transmitted through a motor shaft 17a and 35b. A shaft bearing 31 has a function as a spacer between 35b and a waveguide 19 of the microwave. A spacer 32 is attached to the upper surface of the disk 35a. The size (Ls) of the spacer 32 is larger in the height direction than the distance (Lc) between the disk 35 and a bottom plate 9 near the center. Then the rotating antenna 35 is gradually deflected from the center to the outer edge and stabilized by the spacer 32 and the shaft bearing 31 in the vertical direction.
