<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design and development environment at a low cost, by which coping with the shortening of a life in electronic equipment is flexibly, rapidly and adequately performed, to each designer regardless of the department and a work place. SOLUTION: A system for providing the design and development environment of electronic equipment to Web clients connected to a network is provided with a means for performing electronic equipment design application software based on a contract in accordance with the request of each user to be performed by using the Web client and displaying the performing result in the Web client and a means for charging to the performing of the software based on the contract.</p> |
