PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex for radio wave shielding which is fitted to small-sized lightweight electronic equipment and lightweight and thin. SOLUTION: This complex for radio wave shielding is a complex of a meshed metal body selected out of a processed body of metal fiber, a processed body of a metal plate, etc. The metal body is impregnated with an adhesion body. The metal body and adhesion body are stuck on each other. The metal body is inserted into the adhesion body for composition. The meshed metal body is preferably an elastic structure, cloth using fiker fiber like a spring, or a plate puched in a spring shape, etc. The resin adhesion body is preferably flexible and a flexible adhesive or formed by applying an adhesive to the surface of a molding of flexible resin. The complex is formed in a tape or sheet shape.
