PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap with a clip, for which waterproofness is considered, for simply carrying a cellular phone stored in a bag. SOLUTION: The clip 20 for clipping and holding an opening 11 of the plastic bag 10 simply storing the cellular phone is connected with the strap 15. The clip 20 is formed of two clipping pieces 21 and 25 connected together foldably by a thin-walled hinge 29 and used for clipping the opening 11 of the bag 10. The strap 15 is installed on a hole 28 of the clip 20.
