PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a leakage current of an insulated type high lift work vehicle in rain fall. SOLUTION: This platform 20 arranged in a tip part of a boom 4 of the high lift work vehicle comprises a bucket 21 of bottomed container shape of which at least the surface is formed with an insulating member, and which is extended upwards to be opened, and intermediate members such as an upper operation device 30 arranged to couple a space between the bucket 21 and the boom 4. Flange-like handrails 21c, 21d where an end part of an opening extended upwards is folded to be extended outwards is formed over the whole circumference of the bucket in an upper end part of the bucket 21, and a clearance X is provided between a lower end of the handrail 21d and an upper face of an operation panel 31 arranged in a lower side of the handrail.
