PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover tape winding reel in which an engagement of a winding starting end of cover tape is certainly and easily carried out for a short time, the winding of the cover tape is smoothly carried out with no dispersion and a removal of the cover tape wound is easy. SOLUTION: When a winding of a cover tape 30 is started, a winding is started while a winding starting end 30A of the cover tape 30 is clamped and engaged between a groove portion 28 and a clip 18 in the state that a reel collar 14 integrally formed with a tape holder 16 is mounted to a shaft portion 24. When the cover tape 30 wound is removed from a cover tape winding reel 10, the tape holder 16 and the reel collar 14 on which the cover tape 30 is wound are removed together from the shaft portion 24. The cover tape 30 is axially pulled and removed from the reel collar 14 in the state of a ring shape wound. |
