PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst reactor with which a fluid to be treated is treated with high efficiency by noticing the possibility of manifestation of high photocatalytic activity of particles loaded with titanium oxide and utilizing the high photocatalytic activity of particles loaded with titanium oxide. SOLUTION: Plural flow passages for a fluid to be treated, which parallelly extend in the spiral form or the meandering form, are formed and particles each having the surface loaded with titanium oxide are filled in each flow passage. Further, a light irradiation means capable of irradiating the titanium oxide loaded particles in the liquid passages for the fluid to be treated with light is provided.
