PURPOSE: A condenser is provided to restrain the drain of effective elements and heat and to minimize the reduction of the liquid by blocking up the evaporation of the steam generated in a decocting process. CONSTITUTION: In a condenser(30) for ginseng decocting, plural condensing chambers(31,32) are installed in the upper portion of a container received in a heater generating infrared rays to condense the steam generated in the container. A handle condensing chamber(33) having an air hole is formed in the upper portion of the condensing chamber(32). A sealing member(36a) is installed in the outer face of a connecting part. A returning member(36) has a hole(36b) in the center formed in a position lower than the edge. Thus, liquid condensed in the condensing chamber(31) easily flows into the container. A funnel shape main steam drain restraining member(37) having a hole in the center is installed between the first and second condensing chambers(31,32). Herein, evaporation of the steam and effective elements is restrained. Therefore, the medicinal effect of the steamed ginseng and the liquid is improved. |
