DEVICE FOR ELIMINATING REMAINING BLOCK OF CLAMPING PART IN BLOCK LOADING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A remaining block eliminating device is provided to remove remaining blocks on a conveyor plate promptly and safely by installing a scraper plate in a clamping part. CONSTITUTION: A scraper plate(3) having supporting rollers in the lower part is installed in a clamping part(1), and connected to supporting rods inserted to fixing guide pipes(5). An operating rod of a hydraulic cylinder(2) is connected to the center of the scraper plate. Plural optical sensors(S) controlling the hydraulic cylinder and a reflector(M) are mounted in the scraper plate and the clamping part. Through holes are formed in the lower part of the scraper plate to pass a beam from the optical sensor. The remaining block(8) on a conveyor plate(7) is eliminated promptly with clamping plural blocks by the scraper plate. The manpower is reduced with removing the remaining blocks automatically.
