PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in that the output currents of the current sources of respective arrayed cells in a segmented mix signal circuit become unequal due to various causes. SOLUTION: A mix signal circuit 20 is provided with an analog circuit, having a plurality of circuit segments 2 and 4, and a digital circuit. The digital circuit is provided with a digital signal generation part 6, which can be operated to generate, at each cycle, a group of digital signals T1 to Tn applied to the respective segments and a segment rotation block 22 which sets (r) to be a rotational amount with respect to an associated cycle, compares the digital signals T1 to Tn applied in the individual cycles with the respective digital signals applied in the previous cycle and rotates only r-pieces of segments. The digital circuit is provided with a rotation control block 24 where the rotational amount (r) is set, so that one or more rotational components in the frequency spectrum of an output signal is mapped to one or more selected frequencies outside a desired range or in a narrow band frequency.
