PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a groove filling machine for a connecting joint of a form, allowing a cover 16 to open at need to discharge clayey fine particles and close when not required to work in an easy posture. SOLUTION: Clayey fine particles are put in a cylinder 5, or in a flexible cylinder 4, and pushed down by the action of an expansible member 8 by a piston or a rotor 7, whereby when not required, a slide foot 11 is lowered by a spring 11 to connect for closing a lid 16, a connecting part 21 and a rod 6 are rotatably connected to the side of the lower part of the cylinder, and the rod is pushed down by the manual force to raise the slide foot 13 on the form through a rotor, thereby opening the lid 16.
