PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient motor by uniting a stator core and a bearing thereby lessening the copper loss. SOLUTION: In a dynamic-pressure bearing spindle motor which has a rotary shaft to whose one end a hub equipped with a magnet opposed to the coil attached to a stator core and others are fixed and whose other end is free, the stator core and the bearing are united into one structure, being made of a soft magnetic material.
