摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus capable of measuring pantograph displacements, contact forces, and trolley wire deviations at the same time by means of a simple arrangement. SOLUTION: The measuring apparatus for pantograph displacements, contact forces and trolley wire deviations is constituted of light sources 11 to 14 such as LEDs installed at both ends of each of a pair of right and left recovery springs 5R and 5L, for emitting infrared radiation, a CCD camera 40 installed in a reference position to pick up images of the light sources 11 to 14, an image processor 50 for subjecting video signals of the CCD camera 40 to image processing to determine the pantograph displacements, and a computing device 60 for computing the contact force of the pantograph and the trolley wire deviations by performing predetermined operations on signals output from the image processor 50. The CCD camera 40 has an anisotropic magnification lens 41 with a visible light cutting filter 42 mounted thereon and is installed on the roof 7 of a vehicle.
