<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent optical pollution due to reflected light from a solar cell module panel, which is attached to the outer wall of a building, the roof of a house or the like. SOLUTION: A diffuse reflection layer 20 which is constituted by mixing incompatible two or more kinds of resins 40, 42 and moreover whose refractive indexes are different is formed on a translucent protective plate 14, on the light incident side of the solar cell module panel 10. The reflected light is reflected diffusely, and the reflected light is made to be blurred.</p> |
