PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal that can acquire a relative distance between a possessor of the mobile terminal and a specific opposite party without limitation of a location when the mobile terminal is used. SOLUTION: A packet with information identifying a mobile terminal attached thereto is transmitted and transferred (relayed). When a specific opposite party acquires the transmitted packet, the specific opposite party calculates the degree of neighborhood and the degree of progress.
