The detector has a mechanical control system with two spring-loaded and axially-moving rods (71, 72) and a lever (90) connec the rods at one end. One face of the lever's central section is in contact with the actuator (81) of an electrical switch (8), w its other face is able to interact with a pair of fixed stops (92, 93). The other ends (710, 720) of the two rods are actuated b the mobile components (31b, 32b) when they occupy a second position, e.g. by fire barrier shutters as they close, operating the switch. The switch contains springs and a push-button which determine whether one or both rods have been actuated.
