PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for a semiconductor laser which surely removes large amount of heat, generated at plural LDs which are to become excitating light sources. SOLUTION: A cooling channel 4 where a cooling water flows is formed inside radiator components 2a-2f (referred to as a block-like radiator 2 on the whole) comprising a conductive metal member which are integrated with LDs101 a-101f, and protrusions formed of annular bodies 6a-6f are provided in the cooling channel 4. The cooling water is agitated with these protrusions, to cause turbulence for enhanced heat-transfer performance from the wall surface of the cooling channel 4 to the cooling water, to result in lowered temperature of LDs101a-101f with temperature control. |
