PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket such as an exhaust manifold gasket, having reduced pressure losses when the fluid flows through it wherein fluid flows through a communication hole. SOLUTION: The gasket 10 having the communication hole 11 through which the fluid G presses has a flow control means 12 provided in the communication hole 11 integrated with the gasket 10 for controlling the flow of the fluid G. The flow control means comprises pressure loss reducing means 12 and 12A for reducing the pressure losses due to the communication of the fluid G.
