PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To divide a series of recording data, to record them into plural data areas and to reproduce a series of recorded data from these data areas. SOLUTION: This disk is provided with the data area A21 where a series of a recording data unit is divided to be recordable dispersedly and a read-in area A22 recording control information consisting of track number information for corresponding to the recording data unit, address information for showing the recording positions of the divided and dispersedly recorded recording data unit and link information from one recording data of the divided and dispersedly recorded recording data unit to another recording data.
