PURPOSE: An ignition device for a grill chamber of a gas oven range is provided to improve assembling efficiency by compacting the structure of an ignition device. CONSTITUTION: An ignition device of a gas oven range is comprised of a glow plug(230) installed near the upper face of a lower burner(220) of a grill chamber(200) for generating sparks and a flame guide(260) for upwardly guiding the flames generated by the discharge of the gas jetting through gas jet holes(221) with the flames generated by the glow plug. Herein, flames are generated in an upper burner(210) as well as the lower burner. Additionally, gas is continuously supplied to the lower burner from a main gas pipe(110). Thus, combustion is performed smoothly. Therefore, the foodstuff accommodated in the grill chamber is evenly grilled by the flames.
