SOLENOID AND SOLENOID VALVE ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: A solenoid and a solenoid assembly are provided to generate driving power of an armature by instantaneous feeding a power using a magnetically operated solenoid. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid assembly is connected to the upper portion of a valve body having an opening extended to an outlet(12) and a bore(13). The valve body has a chamber(14) connected to inlet and outlet(12). The solenoid assembly is received in an armature guide assembly to control the water outlet(12) of the valve body by the magnetomotive force of an electromagnet, the magnetic force of a permanent magnet, and spring force. A bobbin(23) is included in the solenoid assembly. An electric coil(24) is wound on the bobbin, and the end lead wire is fixed in the valve body. A non-magnetic T-shaped magnet cap(25) is fitted to the opening an armature sliding portion(23a) of the bobbin. A magnet(27) is movably received in a closed space formed by a magnet reception groove(25a) and the upper face of a frame(26). The magnet is made of rubber for absorbing noise. An armature(21) including an armature body(21a), an extension(21b) and a taper(21c) opens and closes the water outlet(12) while lifting up and down by the magnetic flux formed around an electric coil(24). Another valve body(22d) formed in the lower portion of a tube(22a) inserted with the extension of the armature is adhered to a valve seat(12a) when the armature is maintained in an initial preset state. The valve body is thrust into the inner face of the water outlet to block up the outflow of water.
