PURPOSE: A seawater improving and red tide preventing agent for inshore fishery and nursery is provided to improve seawater quality and prevent red tide by removing organic materials and preventing elution of heavy metals without affecting benthoses and sea lives. CONSTITUTION: A seawater improving and red tide preventing agent comprises activated magnesium hydroxide extracted from seawater, activated calcium oxide with large activity and iron. The seawater improving and red tide preventing agent is prepared under vacuum, so that dust is not generated while spraying it in seawater. Also, it has superior hardness.
