PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hopper device which can be set at a separated position by a small force compared to conventional devices. SOLUTION: On a hopper 2 rotatable around a hopper shaft 2a, printed paper P is placed, and under the hopper 2, a hopper holder 18 rotatable around a support point shaft 18a is disposed. As the hopper holder 18 is rotated to be displaced, the hopper 2 is rotated to be displaced from an abutment position for abutting the printed paper P with a sheet feeding roller 3 to a separated position to be separated from the sheet feeding roller 3. On a tip of the hopper holder 18, a hopper cam follower part 18e with which a hopper cam 21 is abutted is provided, and by this abutment, the hopper holder 18 is rotated to be displaced from the abutment position to the separated position. In the meanwhile, between the support point shaft 18a and the hopper cam follower part 18e, a hopper spring 18b is installed, and the hopper holder 18 is displaced from the separated position to the abutment position.
