METHOD FOR PRODUCING FIBER-REINFORCED INORGANIC PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new improved method for producing a fiber-reinforced inorganic plate compounded with a pulp fiber by extrusion molding, capable of raising dimensional stability and improving strength of inorganic plate, undoubtedly reducing defects caused by spring back. SOLUTION: In this method for producing an inorganic plate by subjecting a cement composition comprising cement as a main component and a pulp reinforcing fiber to extrusion molding, the cement composition is compounded with a pulp reinforcing fiber adjusted to 20-50 wt.% water content and 300-500 cc wet volume.
