PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the control deviation of a rotary machine within a wide range of rotating velocity in all of the cases including the case in which the characteristic value of a mechanical system is low, with regard to the rotary machine drive control device. SOLUTION: This control device controls the rotation of the rotary machine 2 based on a deviation between the instruction value y' of a rotating angle position or a rotating velocity of the rotary machine 2 and the observation value y' of a rotating angle position or a rotating velocity of the rotary machine 2. In addition, the control device has a wasted time calculating means 18b for calculating wasted time relative to a value e1 for giving an instruction value and a compensating means 18a for performing the guaranteed processing of the wasted time calculated by the calculating means 18b. Besides, the control device has a repeated control means 18 for correcting the value e1 with an output from the compensating means 18a and an adaptation calculating means 19 for adaptably changing parameter values to be used for processing in the wasted time calculating means 18b and the compensating means 18a in according with the rotating velocity of the rotary machine 2. |
