SOFT POLYOLEFIN RESIN FILM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft polyolefin resin film having a good combination of optical properties and slipperiness and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: This soft polyolefin resin film uses a polyolefin resin as a raw material. At least one surface has a surface roughness Ra of 0.2-2.0μm and a degree of surface gloss of >=120%. Its haze value is <=5.0%, its tensile modulus is 50-700 MPa and its thickness is >=40μm. The film can have sufficient slipperiness and excellent optical properties. It can offer improved processing properties and commercial value when used with an automatic bag making machine, while maintaining mechanical strength that is required for a packaging bag.
