PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design resin laminated metal sheet capable of visually imparting a three-dimensional feeling to a looking person without increasing the thickness of a resin sheet and using expensive ink in large quantities. SOLUTION: In the design resin laminated metal sheet wherein a resin film is laminated on the surface of a metal sheet, an embossed pattern, of which the recessed parts have a depth of 20μm or more and the projected parts occupy the surface area of the resin film in a ratio of 30-95%, is applied to the surface of the resin film and patterns, which have a brightness difference of 4 or more with respect to the surface brightness of the resin film, are applied to the area part corresponding to 20-90% of the area of the projected parts of the embossed pattern by a screen printing method.
