PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling crane device which can move freely to meet the shape of work area, even if it is narrow and deformed, and generate no dead angle in its moving position. SOLUTION: This device comprises a pair of rails 24, 24 for running arranged parallely on a ceiling, a first girder 26 arranged between the rails 24, 24 so as to move freely along the rails 24, 24 a second girder 28 supported with the first girder 26 so as to move freely along the first girder 26 and adapted to extend from an end of the first girder 26, and a hoist for running 30 arranged so as to move freely along the second girder 28.
