PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for disposing of garbage without disrupting the environment. SOLUTION: In the method for recycling garbage through polylactic acid, garbage is packed in a polylactic acid bag in stage 1, the garbage packed in the bag in stage 1 is recovered in stage 2, the garbage recovered in stage 2 is subjected to lactic fermentation to obtain lactic acid in stage 3, the polylactic acid bag is produced from the lactic acid obtained in stage 3 in stage 4, and garbage is packed in the polylactic acid bag produced in stage 4 in stage 5. The garbage in stage 1 is packed in stage 5, and garbage is recycled.
