PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen device for a window sash, fittable to an existing window sash without changing the structure of a frame body and the sash and disposed overlapping a vertical frame and a stile in a depth direction so as not to narrow a visual field. SOLUTION: This screen device for the window sash is provided at the window sash constituted as a double sliding window or a single sliding window with the sash 2 slidable along the aspect direction, at a travel part provided at a frame body 1. The screen device is provided with a longitudinal cylindrical storage case 40, a net part 70 to be a wide screen part, and a winding part for energizing and winding the net part 70 in a freely pulled-out manner into the storage case 40. The storage case 40 is disposed in the sash travel part provided at the frame body 1, so as to be slidable in the aspect direction and to be fixable to the frame body in an optional position in the aspect direction. The net part 70 can be fixed to the frame body 1 at the pull-out side end part and pulled out of the storage case 40 from an opening provided at the storage case 40, following the sliding motion of the storage case 40.
