PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation efficiency and flexibility of communications between distributed processing processors. SOLUTION: This communication device carries out communications between a plurality of processors by using a communication function for specifying a communication partner prior to communications, and each processor is equipped with an execution means for executing the communication function, a storage means for storing a communication style table containing reception style being a communication style for the reception of a message from a communication partner processor and/or a transmission style being a communication style for the transmission of a message to the communication partner processor, and a communication style changing means which alters the communication style data in the communication style table stored in the storage means of each processor while maintaining their correspondence; and the execution means performs message communications between the processors according to the communication style data of the communication style tables stored in the storage means of the respective processors.
