PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program configuration system, an information server unit and a program configuration method and an information service method by which program contents can be reconfigured in real time and broadcast according to response information from a viewer. SOLUTION: The information server unit 1 is provided with a program management section 5 that manages partial programs being components of a program in pairs with the attribute of the partial programs, a data reception section 6 that receives data, a condition generating section 7 that generates a condition used to select a broadcast partial program on the basis of the data, and a partial program retrieval section 8 that retrieves the partial program from the program management section 5 according to the condition.
