PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make improvable the configuration of organization, as a whole. SOLUTION: An analyst performs preparation processing of a business process in a step S1, regulates necessary minimum capability requested to a person belonging to an attentional business process in a step S2, and subdivides the necessary minimum capability into capability on an element level in a step S3. The analyst regulates a rank where the capability on the element level is requested in a step S4, and links training needed to attain to the capability in a step S5. Thus, the input information of information necessary to analysis is finished, and various databases are produced. As a result, the analyst can grasp the difference between the output and the input of the organization as an added value. |
