PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water cleaning device with the initial cold water discharge function requiring no exclusive piping and valve for throwing away initial cold water. SOLUTION: When operating a shower switch 10 in the first place after a sitting sensor 13 detects sitting, a main valve 1 opens, and a directional control valve 4 communicates piping 3 and piping 7 for short seconds T (for example, one second) to flow initial cold water to a bidet nozzle 8. After several seconds T pass, a controller 9 operates the directional control valve 4 to communicate the piping 3 and piping 5 to thereby supply warm water to a shower nozzle 6 to start shower cleaning. When operating the shower switch 10 once more after operation of the shower switch 10 of the first time, the directional control valve 4 immediately operates so as to flow warm water from the piping 3 to the piping 5 without throwing away the water.
