PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a shading screen opening/closing structure constituted to move a shading screen almost horizontally, so as to be opened and closed with one driving means. SOLUTION: This shading screen opening/closing structure is provided with the shading screen 1; a roll 2 rotatable by an unillustrated driving device to wind and unwind the shading screen 1; a wire 3 connected to the tip of the shading screen 1 through an intermediate member 1A; a roller 4 abutting on the wire 3; a guide member 6 disposed inclining on the lower side of the shading screen 1, with one end opposed to the roller 4; and a weight 7 moving in an oblique direction on the guide member 6. Since tension is constantly applied to the shading screen 1 by the weight 7 fitted through the wire 3, the shading screen 1 can be opened/closed without being loosened only by providing one driving device on the base end side.
